Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the Birthday Frame is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The product must be unused and in its original condition. Please contact us with your order details and photos of the product to request a return.

Once the return is approved and verified, we will process your refund through the available payment method.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
